- The account is strictly personal. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, sharing account credentials, or selling an account is strictly prohibited.
- Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in the account being closed.
- The user is solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials secure.
Account Verification
t4999 may at any time request valid identification or other documents to verify a user's identity, age, and payment method. If verification is not completed, withdrawal requests may be delayed. It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information.
Account Management
Maintaining an account on t4999 means committing to follow all policies and rules of this platform. The main account management guidelines are outlined below.
Account Security
Users are encouraged to use a strong password and change it regularly. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity should be reported to the support team immediately. t4999 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
Account Deactivation
If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. Users can request to close their account at any time by contacting support. All balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
Account Suspension or Cancellation
In cases of terms violations, attempts at fraud, operating multiple accounts, or other irregularities, t4999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel an account without prior notice.
Updating Information
It is the user's responsibility to update their account profile if their contact information or payment method changes. t4999 will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

Minimum Limits
Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if verification is pending or the deposit amount is large. t4999 may request additional documents to verify any withdrawal request.
Transaction Security & Integrity
- The source of deposits and the destination of withdrawals must belong to the same person's account.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account is prohibited.
- If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected, t4999 may temporarily suspend the account for investigation.
- t4999 keeps records of all transactions, and users can view them from their account history.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
t4999 runs various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be followed.
Welcome Bonus
New users are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳28,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.
Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 — winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after this total bet amount has been completed.
General Bonus Rules
- Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
- If an account is cancelled or suspended, any pending bonuses may be forfeited.
- t4999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonuses and potential winnings of the account in question may be cancelled.
VIP Program & Loyalty Benefits
t4999's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and additional benefits are provided at each tier. Regular play allows advancement from one tier to the next higher tier.
Bronze Tier
Up to 0.2% weekly cashback. Entry-level tier for new users.
Silver Tier
Up to 0.3% weekly cashback. For regular players.
Gold Tier
Up to 0.5% weekly cashback. For experienced players.
Platinum Tier
Up to 0.6% weekly cashback and priority support.
Diamond Tier
Up to 0.8% weekly cashback. The highest tier — special benefits and a personal manager.
Sports Betting Rules
General Betting Rules
- Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless t4999 cancels it on its own.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
- t4999 reserves the right to change markets and odds. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, t4999 reserves the right to cancel those bets.
Restrictions
- The maximum bet amount on a single event is determined by t4999 and is subject to change.
- Placing the same bet on the same event from multiple accounts will be considered suspicious.
- Bets will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.
